The Stanislaus Regional Housing Authority remains dedicated to serving clients during the housing crisis. In response to the public health concerns, the Authority implemented swift, multifaceted measures to ensure safety and continued service.

To protect all stakeholders, the Authority introduced a virtual meetings system for appointments and interviews, alongside strict sanitation protocols (hand sanitizer, safety gear).

The Authority continues to offer vital housing services, including Housing Choice Vouchers (Section 8) for in-place and Shelter Plus Care graduates. Additionally, the organization facilitates opportunities for First Time Home Buyers and project-based applications like Oak Leaf Meadows.

The Authority also offers open-to-all sales of used furniture, including living room, bedroom, and office items, sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
