The Health For Aging Population centers supports people in the Monterey Bay Region to age safely at home with dignity and good health. We strive to create a community where all individuals receive supportive health and social services in the least restrictive environment possible.

We achieve this through three key programs: strengthening the healthcare workforce via the Area Health Education Center; providing care resources through the Del Mar Caregiver Resource Center; and offering supportive services for medically frail elders through the Multipurpose Senior Services Program.
