CHISPA is an essential housing provider and property management company committed to the safety of our community during the pandemic. Due to the state-issued Shelter-In-Place Order, our offices are closed, but we continue to provide critical services.

We are now accepting rental applications for USDA properties in Salinas and Soledad, and we have recently completed two new Senior properties in Marina and Hollister. While property management operations have adapted with safety measures, we remain dedicated to our residents. We continue to offer essential services for senior residents, including ongoing communication and meal programs. CHISPA offers opportunities for families and ensures equal housing access.
