The Health Care Agency, supported by the Health Care Foundation for Ventura County, is dedicated to strengthening capacity and providing high-quality healthcare for all residents.

We offer targeted programs such as ACE Health Care for the Uninsured, Opioids Health Care for Kids, Mental Health services for youth and adults, alcohol and drug programs, and health care plans. Through departments like the Ventura County Medical Center and Behavioral Health Advisory Board (BHAB), we ensure holistic care for the entire community.
