PathLogic provided a comprehensive platform allowing patients and clients access to contact information, billing details, medical records, and fixed specimen materials. These materials are legally protected by HIPAA and retained in compliance with state and federal regulations (CLIA, HIPAA).

Although PathLogic operations have closed, responsibilities for maintaining these records have been transferred to IMD Path, which acts as the custodian. Former patients and clients can still request access to their records and specimen materials following specific procedures. We thank our community for their support.
