We are dedicated to safe and innovative care at our DePaul Community Health Centers. While we provide services across various locations, please note current operational updates: appointments can be scheduled via phone for in-person or virtual visits.

Please note temporary closures for staff meetings on Friday, October 23rd, and pharmacy hours. The Carrollton and New Orleans East locations will reopen on Saturday, October 24th. All locations will resume operations once power is restored. We proudly accept Commercial Insurance, Medicaid, Medicare, cash, and credit cards, with a sliding fee scale available for eligible patients.
