The Louisiana Supreme Court is dedicated to ensuring justice for all through innovation and accessibility. Following recent challenges, the Court is committed to upholding constitutional rights and public safety using technology, including the development of a statewide Language Access Plan (LAP).

In partnership with the Department of Justice, this plan will provide free language assistance, including court interpreters, for 120,000 Limited English Proficient individuals. Furthermore, the Court utilizes technology, such as the Louisiana Supreme Court Technology Commission and public safety assessment models, to enhance judicial operations.
