The Committee for a Better New Orleans (CBNO) is a multi-racial, multi-generational organization dedicated to creating equity and opportunity for all New Orleanians. We serve as a catalyst and convener, linking residents, neighborhoods, businesses, and government through a collaborative framework that ensures effective communication and citizen input.

CBNO fosters civic engagement by developing community leaders through programs like the Bryan Bell Metropolitan Leadership Forum, which provides expert networking and inside information. We partner with coalitions and champion open, accountable government. Our mission is to maintain an advocacy role that encourages candid conversation and partnership. We also provide crucial innovations, such as budget breakdowns, ensuring that every voice is heard in shaping the future of the city.
