Thom Child & Family Services provides essential, family-centered Early Intervention and related services to over 14,000 infants, toddlers, and families across Massachusetts. Supporting children and families since 1921, we work collaboratively with families, caregivers, and professionals to facilitate each child’s unique development.

Our dedicated team includes occupational therapists, physical therapists, social workers, nurses, and specialists committed to providing comprehensive support. We also offer valuable Regional Consultation Programs (RCPs) that deliver community workshops and consultation. We assist eligible children who have complex needs or multiple disabilities, ensuring the health and safety of every family we serve.
