Community Homes provides affordable, supportive housing solutions for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in King County. Established in 1995, we operate through Adult Family Home and Shared Living models, selecting and supporting live-in care providers who foster independence and community engagement.

We empower families by offering Housing Readiness Workshops and parent networking opportunities, helping families understand the housing journey and access necessary services.
