The Door empowers young people to reach their potential by providing comprehensive youth development services in a diverse and caring environment. Through our family of organizations, we are committed to pushing for a better future for our youth.

We partner to create opportunities, including supporting workforce development reports and expanding bridge programs. A key initiative is our High School – Broome Street Academy, a SUNY-authorized charter school located in SOHO NYC.
