The Center for Dispute Settlement builds resilient communities by providing peaceful, non-violent conflict resolution services. We promote alternative dispute resolution processes—including mediation, conciliation, and arbitration—to help individuals and groups resolve disputes quickly and informally, avoiding litigation and escalation.

Our services include Divorce Mediation and a Police Complaint Intakes Service, offering a safe environment against misconduct. We empower communities through specialized training and facilitate healing through neutral third-party fact-finding. We are committed to systemic change, advocating for equitable justice where Black, Indigenous, and People of Color lives matter. We help build better relationships and foster community harmony.
