REACH CNY is dedicated to improving health and reducing health inequity in Central New York through collaborative public health initiatives for women, infants, and families in Oswego and Onondaga Counties.

We offer vital community support, including monthly informal breastfeeding support through our Breastfeeding Cafes, and comprehensive programs like Comprehensive Adolescent Pregnancy Prevention (CAPP) and National Teen Pregnancy Prevention Month.
