Northwest Human Services (NWHS) is a federally qualified health center and vital social service provider, serving Marion and Polk counties with comprehensive medical, dental, mental health, and social services for over 45 years.

NWHS is committed to ensuring equitable access to care by addressing systemic biases and focusing on the Social Determinants of Health. We stand in solidarity with movements for justice, working to remove barriers and provide a safety net for our community.

As we expand, we are undertaking the largest building project in our history to create a 50,000-square-foot facility for all services. NWHS provides dedicated care, expert support, and continuous support for individuals and families, ensuring health and well-being for everyone.
