Denton County MHMR Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities is adjusting operations starting March 25th to prioritize the safety of our staff and clients during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Routine face-to-face appointments are suspended. All scheduled appointments will now be conducted by your provider case manager or therapist via telephone. For medication needs or nurse consultations, please call the main number to request the nurse line.

New service requests: If you are interested in services but do not currently receive them, call (940) 381-5000 and select option #5. For immediate crisis support, contact the crisis line at (1800) 762-0157 or go to an ER. We are working to minimize stress and ensure continued support.
