Journey Home Greece offers compassionate, holistic care to loved ones facing their final journey, providing physical, emotional, and spiritual support in a peaceful, tranquil setting in Greece.

Serving over 500 residents since 1999, we provide end-of-life guidance and comfort in a home environment. Care is provided by dedicated volunteers, nurses, and a board, guided by hospice teams and medical consultants. Residents require a terminal illness prognosis of three months or less and are referred by certified hospice agencies.

Journey Home operates entirely on donations, ensuring that all care is free of charge. We offer a nurturing environment for two persons at a time, valuing dignity and offering support without discrimination. Interested individuals are welcome to volunteer.
